LET'S CELEBRATE RECOVERY

WE HELP YOU TO CREATE INCLUSIVE CITIES

SUPPORTING PEOPLE IN RECOVERY FROM ADDICTION

STIGMA AS AN OBSTACLE TO SUSTAINED RECOVERY

More than 40% of UK households indicate that they don't want to live next door to someone who has been dependent on drugs

While the initiation of recovery is mostly triggered by individual, psychological change and social triggers, sustaining recovery is more strongly predicted by opportunities provided by the community such as access to work, housing, recreation, treatment and inclusive citizenship.

Unfortunately, people in recovery often experience stigma on a daily basis: employers don't want to hire them, landlords block them from renting houses, neighbours who ignore them...

It's time for a major shift!

We believe in recovery as a co-production.

By building and promoting Inclusive Cities, we focus on making recovery visible and celebrating it by organising activities, bringing people together and providing access to housing, work, sport, treatment and active citizenship in our cities.

OUR STORY

We believe in recovery as a co-production and therefore, in building inclusive cities for people in recovery!

You too?
